The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything! The room was clean but a bit small, and the walls were thin, making it less ideal for a longer stay. 😅

Clean and modern en suite bedrooms with a compact kitchenette option made it feel even more homey. Free drinks in the fridge added a nice little bonus for unwinding after a day of exploring.
A bit of a mix-up here. this is less a hotel than an Airbnb-style setup with no onsite reception, so solving issues means a lot of back-and-forth on WhatsApp. The room size didn't quite match expectations, and amenities felt limited. Got a slow shower drainage issue, so be prepared for a wet floor post-shower. The main entrance security seemed lacking, as the door wasn't consistently locked when returning.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city, especially when we visited the Neptune Statue and Piazza Maggiore. The location was perfect for walking to all the amazing restaurants and shops. The room was clean, and the attentive hosts made our stay smooth. They even helped us with a late check-out, which we really appreciated!
However, be mindful that the air conditioning was a bit temperamental, and we needed to use open windows for fresh air at night.

Was I supposed to feel special here? the 'B&B' felt like a hastily converted office, no warm welcome in sight. And can we talk about how the shower drainage was slow? my bathroom looked like a swimming pool. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. I deserved an upgrade or at least better hospitality.

The location is right in the historic center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The premises are modern and well-kept. I appreciated the good shower, and the room, despite being small, was well organized for our group needs.
The elevator was a bit slow during peak hours.

The hotel was perfect for our large family with four kids. The rooms were spacious, and we loved hanging out at the leisure drink bar. The location was top-notch, with easy walking access to local restaurants and attractions, making our stay a breeze!
My kids wished for a small play area to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Fantastic location and attentive service
I had a wonderful experience staying here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Neptune Statue and Plaza Maggiore, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the personal touch from Ginevra. she was extremely helpful, even upgrading our room for a few nights. Although I would have liked a small couch to relax on, the clean, well-decorated room made up for it!

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 3 nights, and it was such a cozy space! The bed was super comfy, and the decor was really pretty. I loved the generous treats they left for us—definitely a nice touch. Plus, the self-check-in made things easy! The only thing was the noise from the street at night, which might bother light sleepers. But overall, a great experience!
